SMS Terms & Conditions

These SMS Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the text message ("SMS") program offered by Clinical Synergy ("Clinical Synergy," "we," "us," or "our"). By opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.

Program description

Clinical Synergy sends SMS notifications related to your account and service activity — for example, service-request confirmations, delivery and pickup updates, and other operational or transactional alerts tied to your equipment rentals and service. This is not a marketing program.

How to opt in

You opt in by providing your mobile number to Clinical Synergy and agreeing to receive text messages — for example, when you provide a contact number for service notifications through the portal or to our staff. Only numbers that have consented will receive messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your account and service activity. You may receive a message each time a relevant event occurs (such as a new service request).

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. Clinical Synergy does not charge for the messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your plan.

How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and will not send any further SMS messages unless you opt in again. You may also contact us using the details below to be removed.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information and consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when we post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above.
